Bought my previous belt almost ten years ago and decided it was time for a new one. When I received the new one I noticed the layout was much better and had a lot more stitching than my first belt. The quick clip was the only thing wrong with my old belt after 10 years of heavy use so the added stitching and leather belt should make this tool pouch last well beyond the 10 years my first one did. I see some comments about pouches being too small on here but it has been perfect for me for years. I tried some smaller pouches throughout because sometimes a full tool belt is just too much but I always came back to this belt because of the ability to hold as much or as little and still have a pouch for cutoffs and scrap pieces without throwing it on the floor to clean up later. Just a really great product.

We ordered a medium belt. The website says it is 28” to 32” long. The belt that we got was 48” long.
According to the website this belt is an XL.
When we reached out to customer service, and spoke to Steve, we were told that we got the correct belt. We sent photos showing the size of the belt and questioned the size noted online. We were told that since they are hand made the belt can be off by an inch or two but we got the correct belt.
The only option provided to correct this was that we can have a custom made belt done and not get charged a custom price.
The belt we got was too big. Not what is listed online for a M size belt. And customer service did not help. It was not even offered to have it returned at our expense and a new one would sent. Just you can pay to have another one made….
