Why are Boulder Bag products so much cheaper than similar products in the market?
The simple answer is we do not overcharge for our products.
Boulder is a 25 year old family owned business that has provided top quality products and built fans around the country. All of our products are made in the USA with the finest materials and American craftsmanship.
Most of the low end competitor products are made in China. Many of the high end competitor products are also made in the USA and they charge high fees because of it. Boulder gives you the best built tool belts in the industry at affordable prices. We are proud to do so!
Are Boulder Bag products made in the USA?
Yes, All Boulder Bag products are proudly made in the USA and are berry compliant. We believe no one else in our industry can make that claim!
Are Boulder Bag products as durable as leather belts?
Boulder Bad products are made with 1000D Military grade Cordura Classic Nylon. This material is equal to or greater than leather AND much more comfortable. We have customers that have told us their belts lasted more than 20 years!

How long does it take to get my belt?
Due to extremely high volume of sales, your order will typically ships within 2-3 business days.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email upon purchase and a follow-up shipping/tracking email when the order ships.
What is your return policy?
Click here to view full return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition it will not be refunded.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges work like returns. Send your item back with a copy of your order. Customers are responsible for all exchange/return shipping costs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your unused product(s) in original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returned item(s). Once we receive the original item(s) and inspect, we will credit your account, and create (a) new order for replacement item. If the new order doesn't qualify for free shipping customers will be charged for shipping on exchanged item. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition we reserve the right to deny the return.
What if my product(s) I received is damaged or missing item(s)?
You must report damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at 801-265-8089. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to BoulderToolBelts.com. We will discuss return shipping options when you you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card, and ship out the replacement when available. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
Do you have a warranty?
We back our product with a 3-year warranty on workmanship.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as forms of payment. We do NOT accept prepaid cards or credit cards that are issued outside of the United States.
Do you accept purchase orders and/or wire transfers?

How secure is your checkout? Is my credit card information safe?
Do you ship to international addresses?
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. The requirement is that the shipment can be validated by using the industry standard Address Validation System (AVS) through the credit card issuer, so the payment must be made by an account through a U.S. bank.
Can I have my item shipped to an exporter?
Unless your exporter is set up as the billing address for your credit card, and your credit card is issued from a U.S. bank, we have no way of authenticating the order with the card issuer. In nearly all cases, we cannot ship to an exporter because of the liability involved.
What are the color options?
Currently we have three color options for many of the pouches. Black, Royal Blue, Green. Some of the Tool Belts are only available in Black.
What are the belt sizes?
S, M, L, XL.

Can I get a size larger than XL?
Currently we do provide larger than XL sizes for a small extra charge, if you are interested then please contact our customer service department at email@example.com
Can I request changes to your current products?
Unfortunately, we do not make custom pouches at Boulder Bag. All of our products are sold “as built”. We do offer many different pouches and accessories you can use to "build" a custom belt.
Are Boulder Bag pouches and accessories compatible with other brands?
The short answer is Yes. However, we cannot ensure the sizes of other brand products. Please check sizing to ensure other brands products are compatible with our products.
